    Really good bar experience, fine views from well-appointed rooms, lavish spa services

    Improve the hot water availability, as having cold showers in the morning can be quite an annoyance!!! Consider updating the outdated furnishings to create a more luxurious atmosphere throughout the hotel!!!

    Impeccable & immaculate rooms on level 7. Favourable location near to King John's Castle, and city centre and sightseeing, and impeccable breakfast. Also, easy access to Arthur's Quay Park.

    The noise from neighboring guests made it impossible to sleep, while the staff seemed indifferent despite our concerns. The beds were comfortable but the overall experience was disappointing.

    The room was well-designed and spotless with a lounge area, a balcony and a large desk included. The location was magnificent, not too far away from a restored medieval fortress.

    The Executive King Room was beautifully decorated with a luxurious ensuite, and the breakfast spread was really good, with freshly baked pastries and organic juices. The staff were attentive.

    Location in the city centre ideal for shopping

    More care could have been taken the douvet was upside down and we had a bottle of wine to the room this could have been removed when the bed was turned down
